1cSpaghetti;cooked
1cnTuna; 6 oz can drained
1/2cPeas;thawed if frozen
1/2cCream of asparagus soup condensed kind
1/2tsCurry powder
1/3cJarisburg or swiss;shredded

Place spaghetti in a small microwavable pie plate or ramekin. In a bowl mix tuna,peas,soup and curry powder. Stir in cheese and spoon over spaghetti. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, or until steaming hot. Makes one serving. Nutrient data per serving: 464 calories; 40 grams protien; 8 grams fat (16 % total calories); 56 grams carbohydrates; 5 grams dietary fiber; 49 milligrams cholesterol; 2022 milligrams sodium.
